Project Milestones & Payments
Due to the custom nature of our engineering services, we operate on a milestone-based payment structure:
Required to commence design and sourcing.
Required upon design approval (Design Freeze) before manufacturing begins.
Due after successful Remote FAT and prior to shipment.
Design Revisions
Our quoted fees include up to two (2) rounds of minor design iterations during the development phase. Major scope changes or functional additions requested after the "Design Freeze" stage will be billed at our standard hourly engineering rate.
Remote Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
All equipment and fixtures undergo a rigorous Remote FAT via multi-camera live streaming. The client must verify performance against the agreed Specification Document (Spex) before the final payment is made.
Warranty & Support
We provide a 12-month warranty on all mechanical structures and electrical components (excluding consumables). For international clients, warranty support is provided via remote diagnostics and express shipment of replacement parts.
