NNN Agreements (Standard Practice)
We are ready to sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, and Non-Circumvention (NNN) agreement enforceable under both Chinese and International law before any design work begins.
Supply Chain Segmentation ("Black Box" Manufacturing)
To prevent any single supplier from accessing your full product design, we segment the manufacturing process. Different components are sourced from separate, unconnected factories in our Shenzhen network. Final assembly and QC are strictly managed by Dyncel engineers.
Data Security
All CAD files and technical drawings are stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. We utilize "Defeature" tools when sharing models with 3rd-party machinists to hide proprietary internal structures while maintaining manufacturability.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client retains 100% ownership of all design files, source codes (PLC/MCU), and molds. We do not claim rights to your product.
